- Swedish-Esalen massage with light, medium or firm pressure
- Deep massage with or without Deepfeet Bar Therapy
- Energy work may include Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Cranial Sacral, Reike
- Essential oil choices
- Winter option: Hot Stone placement or a complete LaStone therapy session
