Deepfeet Bar Therapy is a barefoot massage technique where the therapist uses their feet to deliver deep consistent pressure to the client's body. Your therapist will utilize overhead bars for balance and leverage, allowing her to use her body weight and gravity to provide deep-tissue massage without causing you pain. This method, which adapts ancient Eastern barefoot massage techniques with Western principles, results in deep relaxation, improved muscle tone, and enhanced health. If you prefer firm pressure, you'll love receiving this massage.
